This 40-something patient was interested in improving the fullness under her chin. She was counseled by our one of our board-certified plastic surgeons regarding surgical versus nonsurgical options, namely liposuction versus the injectable Kybella. She chose Kybella and underwent several treatments with 2-3 vials each session.
