Dr. Weston was drawn to medicine by a desire to make a contribution to others and attracted to the field of cosmetic surgery by the desire to improve the way people look and feel about themselves.
Dr. Weston earned his medical degree at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. He trained in General and Plastic Surgery at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C. and completed fellowships in cosmetic surgery at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, and the Charlotte Plastic Surgery Center in Charlotte, N.C.

Prior to becoming a partner in the Austin-Weston Center for Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Sigal received his undergraduate degree at Harvard College and his M.D. at Jefferson Medical College.
He went on to complete a full residency in General Surgery at Harbor/UCLA, culminating in a chief residency. During that time, he spent two years working in cancer research at the University of Pennsylvania, where he later trained in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Poindexter graduated summa cum laude from both Indiana University and Indiana University School of Medicine, receiving numerous academic honors, service honors, and scholarships along the way.
He received training at the highly respected programs of general surgery at the University of Florida and plastic surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
