She is unhappy with the fullness in her neck and jowl area. During her consultation she was imaged on the computer to give her an idea of how she could look after surgery and was very excited about the results; she decided to proceed with the surgery. She elected to undergo a cheek-neck lift, lower eyelids with mid-face lift, and a chin implant.
